We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under UK GDPR, the legal basis for processing your data when you contact us is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a direct enquiry you have made to us. Where you've explicitly requested a quote or survey, the basis is pre-contractual necessity.

5. Google Analytics (GA4)

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous data about how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are most visited, how long visits last, and what type of device is used. This data is used only to help us improve the website.

Google Analytics does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. All data is anonymised and aggregated. IP addresses are anonymised by default in GA4.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was provided — typically up to 12 months for unanswered enquiries, and up to 6 years for completed customer records (in line with UK tax and accounting obligations). After this period, data is securely deleted.
